How To Make Sugar Free Cake

Learn how to make Sugar free chocolate cake.


This recipe is specially for diabetic patients. Here is a recipe for sugar free cake. Good option of sugar free desert. It can be serve as a low fat desert also. You can say it is a no bake cake also, because it is a freeze cake. So very easy and healthy cake. Even beginners can also make it easily.


Preparation time - 15 minutes
freezing time - 1 1/2 - 2 hours


Ingredients to make Sugar Free Cake:


1 cup fresh whole wheat bread
4 table spoon single fat cream
3 table spoon low fat butter
5 table spoon sugar free powder
4 - 5 table spoon roasted dry fruits
(cashew, almond, walnut) - chopped
1 table spoon cocoa powder
4 - 5 drops vanilla essence


For Icing:


1/2 cup full fat cream
4 table spoon sugar free powder
2 - 3 table spoon cocoa powder
1/4 cup grated chocolate 



Method to make Sugar Free Cake:

  • In a bowl mix butter and sugar free powder together and beat it till soft, add cream and beat again for 2 minutes.  
  • In another bowl mix brown bread crumbs, cocoa powder dry fruits and vanilla essence. Now add first bowl's mixture in it and mix it properly.
  • Take a greased and dusted cake tin and pour cake mixture in it.
  • Freeze it for 1 1 1/2 hour in refrigerator.
  • After that unmold it and make desired icing.

Method for Icing Sugar Free Cake:

  • Cut the cake in 2 equal parts horizontally and soak it with water.
  • Mix cream, cocoa powder and sugar free powder together and beat it properly. Spread it over and between the cake.
  • Sprinkle grated chocolate over the cake.
  • Sugar free freeze chocolate cake is ready to serve.
Tips:


  • If single fat cream is not available you can mix equal proportion of milk and full fat cream.
  • For icing if you don't want to use full fat cream you can use single fat cream and paneer and beat it.
  • You can avoid icing.
Serving Suggestion:


  • If you are avoiding icing you may serve it with sugar free chocolate or vanilla ice cream.
