BAKED TROUT RECIPES INGREDIENTS
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp. finely minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 6 whole trout, about 3/4 lb. each, pan dressed
- 6 bay leaves
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 c. finely minced fresh parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the garlic, thyme, and black pepper. Blend together and spread on top of trout with small spatula. Insert 1 whole bay leaf into the interior of each fish. Oil an oven-to-table baking dish, large enough to hold the fish in a single layer. Pour the melted butter over the fish and bake for 10-12 minutes, basting once or twice with the butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley before serving. And the baked trout recipe is ready to serves 6 persons..great ! Enjoy it !
