Normally we are used to eat and make potato patty burger. But here it's a recipe for paneer patty burger, which is very delicious and healthy compare to normal burger. Paneer Burger is a calcium rich home made recipe.
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Serves - 2 person
Ingredients to make Paneer Burger:
2 no. Burger buns
2 table spoon butter
2 table spoon grated cabbage
2 table spoon grated carrot
2 table spoon grated onion
2 table spoon thin sliced capsicum
2 table spoon mayonnaise
1 tea spoon black paper powder
Salt to taste
For patty:
200 gram fresh paneer
4 table spoon crushed onion
6 table spoon refined flour
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
1/2 tea spoon red chilly sauce
1/4 tea spoon vinegar
Salt to taste
2 - 3 table spoon water
Oil to dip fry
To serve with:
Tomato sauce
French fries

Method to make Paneer Burger:
For patty:
- Mix all the ingredients of patty (avoid paneer slices). Make a thick batter from it.
- Dip Paneer slice in the mixture and dip fry in hot oil till light brown.
- Drain patty on absorbent kitchen tissue. Keep a side.
For Paneer Burger:
- Mix grated onion, capsicum, carrot, beat and cabbage, add salt and pepper power to it and give rest for 5 minutes.
- Drain excess water from vegetables.
- Cut burger buns in to two piece, apply butter on inner side of the bun. Fry on a non stick tavi - griddle.
- Take a lower part of bun, place patty over it and spread mayonnaise on it. Spread grated vegetables on it and cover with upper part of bun.
- Hot and tangy Paneer burger is ready to serve. Serve it with tomato sauce and French fries.
