Ingredients to make Paneer Butter Masala:
200 gram paneer cubes
2 big onions
4 to 5 big tomatoes
1 table spoon ginger paste
1 table spoon garlic paste
2 table spoon cashew paste
1 table spoon kasuri methi
1 1/2 to 2 tea spoon garam masala powder
1 tea spoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
4 table spoon butter
70 ml. fresh cream

Method to make Paneer Butter Masala:
- Blanch tomatoes and de-skin them, now make smooth pure from it.
- Chop 1 onion and boil the other one. Make a paste from the boiled one.
- Cut paneer into rectangles or squares.
- Heat 3 table spoon butter in a pan, add chopped onions and saute till brown.
- Now add onion paste,ginger - garlic paste and again saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add cashew paste and garam masala and mix well.
- Add tomato pure,roughly crushed kasuri methi and salt to taste. stir well.
- Add paneer and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Remove from flame and add remaining butter.
- Garnish with chopped coriander.
- Hot and tempting Paneer Butter Masala is ready to serve.
