Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Soup:


1 cup boiled sweet corn or caned sweet corn
2 table spoon corn flour
1/2 cup boiled vegetables 
(carrot, french beans, corn etc.)
1/4 tea spoon aaji no motto (m.s.g.) (opt.)
1 table spoon vinegar
Salt to taste
4 cups vegetable stock 
1/4 tea spoon black pepper powder


For garnishing:


Boiled sweet corn


To serve with:


Chilly vinegar
Chilly sauce
Soy sauce


Method to make Sweet Corn Soup:

  • Mix sweet corn, corn flour and water in a microwave proof bowl. Cook for 4 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • Add other vegetables and spices and again cook for 4 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • Garnish with boiled sweet corns.
  • Hot and tempting sweet corn soup is ready to serve.
  • Serve it with chilly sauce, chilly vinegar and soy sauce.
For vegetable stock:
  • Add all the vegetable in a big microwave proof bowl and add water to it.
  • Cook for 5 to 6 minutes at MICRO HI.
  • crush and strain it.
