IN THE KITCHEN WITH STEFANO FAITA...
...is the name of CBC's new cooking show premiering this fall, featuring one of Quebec‘s most beloved food personalities and renowned Chef, Stefano Faita. Beginning September 19th, weekdays at 3:30pm, Stefano will bring his family-friendly recipes and warm, instructional cooking style to a live studio audience. And in one of those shows, yours truly will be cooking with Stefano, as he takes the audience through a tuna journey. That's right, this Foodie will be on Canadian TV putting her cooking skills to the test and helping this hip, passionate and charismatic chef in the kitchen. I honestly couldn't have been more excited and grateful to be part of one of Stefano's shows and be able to experience, first hand, what cooking alongside a great chef is.
