This time of year I am always in the mood for pumpkin flavored things. This one I just created for breakfast yesterday.

1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup pumpkin
truvia packets (to your liking)
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix and voila! You have a healthy and easy breakfast, snack or dessert!
