Just a quick update - my kitchenwares have finally arrived from the UK, so I'm just starting to get a proper kitchen today. Suffice it to say, I'm very, very excited. As I wrap up this month's Daring Bakers challenge and test recipes for December's challenge (my cookbooks have arrived and I'm in full swing!!), expect lots more from the kitchen.
That is, unless I get bogged down with PhD work. Fingers crossed.
