Broccoli Cheese Sauce Farfalle |
- Farfalle pasta 250 grams or ribbon-shaped hard boiled
- 200 grams of broccoli, cut according to the folds or flowerets

Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 500 ml liquid milk
- 50 grams of grated cheese

- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Boil the farfalle until cooked, drain.
- Wash broccoli and drain.
