Cincinnati chili

The cincinnati chili recipe prep time: 30 minutes start to fi nish: 30 minutes 5 servings (2 cups each)

10 oz uncooked spaghetti
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb ground turkey breast
1 medium onion, chopped (1⁄2 cup)
1 clove garlic, fi nely chopped
1 jar (26 oz) chunky vegetable-style tomato pasta sauce
1 can (15 oz) dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
2 tablespoons chili powder

1 Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.

2 Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add turkey, onion and garlic; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink.

3 Stir in pasta sauce, beans and chili powder. Reduce heat to low; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve sauce bover spaghetti.
