Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe |
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken (thighs or breasts), then cut into pieces
- 50 g of rice flour
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- cooking oil
- lemon, then cut into pieces
Marinade:
- 50 ml - 75 ml of Maggi seasoning
- 1 clove garlic, then shredded
- ½ cm ginger, grated
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice / juice
- ½ tsp sugar
- Silencer: Maggi Seasoning Mix the other seasonings. Then stir well.
- Enter the chicken pieces into the spice silencer. Then stir well. Close the dough, then refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
- Drain the chicken meat. Mix the rice flour and cornstarch until blended.
- Roll each piece of chicken into the flour mixture until bandaged average.
- Fry in hot oil until dry and browned.
- Remove and drain.
- Serve warm with lemon juice, bottled chili sauce or mayonnaise.
