Ingrediants:
4 cups Chicken stock
3-4 tbsp Carrot [julian cut]
3-4 tbsp Cabbage [julian cut]
3 tbsp Mushrooms
1 tsp greenchilli
2 tbsp Capsicum
2tbsp sweet Corns
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp soyasauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp fruit vinegar
1-1/2 tbsp cornflour[dissolve in small amount of water]
1 egg
Method
Take pan and pour chicken stock and bring to boil after that add carrot,cabbage,mushrooms,green chillies...after 1 boil add capsicum,corns,ginger,vinegar,chilli sauce,ketchup,soyasauce,b.pepper and fruit vinegar one by one...add cornflour mixture and check the consistency...add beatan egg to the soup and dishout...
Garnish with some corriander leaves and 1-2 drops chilli oil/sesame oil on top..
