If you like sweet cornbread, this is a great alternative. It's super simple to make and really delicious.
Ingredients:
1 can sweet corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 box of jiffy cornbread mix
2 cups of cheese
Steps:
Mix everything but a cup of cheese together, pour into a casserole dish, and bake at 35 degrees for about 45 minutes or until the center is set. Top with remaining cup of cheese and bake until melted. Serve while hot.
