Chicken Karhai Recipe

Heat oil in a pot and fry onions to a golden color,now add chicken and garlic paste then cooked for 5minutes (add ginger pieces,salt red chilli powder,garam masala,tumeric powder again cooked thn add tomatoes cook on low heat till the water from the tomatoes have dried then put Cover and continue cooking. When the water dries and chicken is tender add the cumin powder,green chillies cooked for 5 min then add Coriander and remove from heat serve with nans.

 Ingredients :
 -1 kg. chicken cut into normal sized pieces
- 1 tablesp. garlic paste
- 2 medium onion chopped
- 4 green chilies, cut into half pieces
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1 tablesp red chilii
- half teasp. garam masala
-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup oil
- 3inch ginger chopped into small pieces
- half teasp turmeric powder
-1 teasp. cumins
