2 large or 3 small ripe Hass avocados 4 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon or, lime juice (also attempt to test the unique twist of lemon),1 teaspoon minced garli,1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (or your own choice) Tabasco sauce, Salt Pepper
preparation:
Cut each avocado in half lengthwise and discard the pits. Scoop the flesh out in a medium sized bowl with a spoon. Add the lemon juice and puree the mixture with the back of a fork or potato masher until a piece is formed do not exceed the guacamole is better when you have some small blanks.
