I love making pudding at home! This recipe makes it fast -- and it's really delicious. This is the easiest homemade pudding recipe I know. I use it all the time.
It's a homemade Bread Pudding recipe made with all time favorite chocolate taste. As I said above it is very easy, even beginner can make it very easily.

Preparation time - 5 minutes
Cooking time 25 minutes

Ingredients to make Bread Pudding: 

1/2 tea spoon butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 table spoon cocoa powder
4 slices bread
1 tea spoon butter to roast bread
3 table spoon condensed milk
1/2 cup roasted dry fruits
(cashews, almonds and walnuts)

For garnishing:

Roasted dry fruits

To serve with:

Vanilla ice cream

Method to make Bread Pudding:
  • Remove sides from bread. Cut them in to small square pieces. Roast them in butter till light brown. Keep aside.
  • In another pan melt butter and add sugar to it. Let sugar melt. Cook till sugar is light brown in color.
  • Remove from flame and add milk to it. Stir properly. Add cocoa powder and mix well. 
  • Add roasted bread pieces and roasted dry fruits to it. Mix well. Transfer the mixture in a greased baking tray and pour condensed milk to it. Sprinkle dry fruits to it. 
  • Bake the mixture in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180`c temp.
  • Hot and mouthwatering Bread Pudding is ready to serve. Serve it with vanilla ice cream.
Tips to make Bread Pudding more interesting:
  • Add 1/4 tea spoon instant coffee powder for little more bitter taste.
  • Add only walnuts or almonds.
  • Chocolate sauce can be poured on vanilla ice cream.
