Entrecote meat wrap recipe, easy to prepare at home.
 Entrecote meat seasoned, stir-fried vegetables with beef beef stock on a bed of tortilla with guacamole.
 You can make your wrap with strips of chicken breast, sirloin strips with any sauce you like.

Wrap and Roll recipe
300 g thinly sliced entrecote steak
2 red peppers cut into strips
2 yellow peppers cut into strips
6 cauliflower florets (after boiling)
6 broccoli florets halved
1 onion, cut into thin strips
8 fresh mushrooms cut in half
3 cloves garlic
2 carrots, cut into thin strips
1 / 2 cup corn
1/2 cup beef stock(optional)
10 tortillas
1. Fry the onion, add the vegetables quickly tossed in a wok, add beef stock or you can season with coarse salt, black pepper, a little cayenne, a pinch of cumin fresh.
2. On teflon pan we roast the entrecote pieces for 2-3 minutes  
3. Spread tortilla edge Guacamole paste, add stir fried vegetables and slices of entrecote and roll the tortilla

The fried Portobello mashrooms will be delicious also with Guacamole dip
