How to Make Hakka Noodles


Learn how to make Hakka Noodles.


Here it's an all time favorite Chinese recipe. Veg. Hakka Noodles is a great combination of noodles and lots of vegetables. Means good for taste and good for health also.


Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 5 minutes
Serves - 4 persons


Ingredients to make Hakka Noodles:


1 pkt Hakka noodles (boiled)
1 table spoon crushed garlic
1 tea spoon crushed ginger
1 onion - thin sliced

1 cabbage thin chopped
1 carrot - thin sliced
1 small capsicum - thin sliced
5 - 6 french beans diagonally cut (parboiled)  

2 - 3 spring onion with leaves
2 tea spoon soy sauce
2 tea spoon red chilly sauce
2 tea spoon oil
1/2 tea spoon aaji no motto (opt)
Salt to taste




Method to make Hakka Noodles:

  • Heat oil in a pan or wok, add ginger garlic paste and then add all vegetables in it. Add aaji no motto and stir fry for 2 - 3 minutes at high flame.(avoid green part of spring onion.)

  • Add sauces and salt to taste, mix well.

  • Add boiled noodles, stir properly.

  • Garnish with greens of spring onion. Hot and tasty Hakka Noodles are ready to serve.

  • Soak noodles in water for 10 - 15 minutes for making boiling process fast.

  • Always add 1 tea spoon oil and 1/2 tea spoon salt in water for boiling noodles.

  • Always stir fry vegetables at high flame for Chinese recipes.
