Ingredients:
120g minced pork
80g Chinese celery
8 pieces dumpling skin
slat and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix minced pork with Chinese celery and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide the ingredients into eight equal parts and then wrap them with the dumpling skins.
- Bring water to boil and add in the stuffed dumplings.
- Boil dumplings for 10 mins till cooked
- Serve with ginger and vinegar.
