1 envelope dry Yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tblsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 cups flour
1 egg (beaten)coarse salt
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425° F(220°C)In bowl dissolve yeast into warm water, Add sugar, salt and flour. Blend.Turn dough onto floured board, knead til smooth.
- Cut off small pieces dough, roll into ropes and twist.lay on lightly greased cookie sheet, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle salton,
