Ingredients:
1 prepared 9" pie crust
2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (4 serving) package sugar free vanilla cook and serve pudding mix
1 (4 serving) package sugar free strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 cups water
Method:
- Place strawberries in pie shell. In medium saucepan combine pudding mix, dry gelatin and water.
- Cook over medium heat until mixture becomes clear and comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat. Pour over sliced strawberries. Chill until set.
