2 1/2-3 lb. Pork Tenderloin
Marinade:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bourbon
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Mustard Sauce:
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Marinate pork in marinade for several hours, turning the meat occasionally.
- Remove from marinade and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Baste frequently with marinade.
- Carve into thin diagonal slices and serve with mustard sauce.
- Mix together the 1st two ingredients.
- Stir in next four ingredients.
