- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 TB. brown sugar
- 2 TB. cider vinegar
- 2 TB. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- pork roast, loin, pork shoulder, etc.
- Combine all ingredients except pork roast.
- Place pork roast in a large food storage bag or in a nonreactive dish.
- Marinate pork overnight.
- Put marinated pork roast in the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.
