Ingredients:
- 2 lb. boneless center cut thick pork chops
- 2/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp jalapeno chiles
- Combine all ingredients in sealed food storage bag. Place bag in bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Heat charcoal or gas grill to medium.
- Remove chops from marinade and grill 7 to 9 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 150°F. to 155°F.
