225g flour
150g melted butter
75g icing sugar
1 egg
Filling ingredients:
75g sugar
150g boiled water
3 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
Method:
- Mix flour, butter and icing sugar together. Fold in eggs and knead into a soft and smooth dough. Press into cake moulds and set aside.
- Make fillings, boiled water into sugar, stir until dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Beat eggs. Stir with evaporated milk, mix well and pour into cake moulds.
- Peheat oven for 15 min. Serve.
