Ingredients:
4 kiwi fruit
8 tbsp cornflour
1 cup fresh milk
1cup sugar
2 eggs
Method:
- Skin and dice kiwi fruit.
- Work 1/2 cup of water into cornflour. Blend well and bring 1 cup of water to boil with sugar, milk and cornflour solution over low heat. Keep stirring in one direction.
- Beat eggs and add in the mixture. Stir well, remove from heat, then add in the kiwi fruit.
- Chill until set.
