2 tbsp vegetable oil
5 cloves garlic, chopped
0.5cm slice fresh root ginger, chopped
15 large prawns, peeled tails
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tbsp coriander leaves
black pepper
lettuce leaves
lime juice
Method:
- In a wok, heat oil, add garlic and fry until browned. Stir in ginger, heat for 30 seconds, then add prawns and stir for 4 min until turn opaque. Stir in fish sauce, coriander, 1-2 tbsp water and black pepper. Allow to bubble.
- Serve prawns on lettuce leaves with lime juice.
