LAKE BAKED TROUT RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2-3 med. size lake trout fillets
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • Onion salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Place fillets in bottom of glass dish, squeeze lemon over fillets; sprinkle lightly with onion salt. Mix sour cream and Miracle Whip together and spread on top of fillets. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top. Place in oven and bake. Bake at 350 at 350 degrees uncovered for 45-55 minutes. The baked trout recipe is ready to serve 4-6 people. Nice taste...enjoy it !
