STUFFED BAKED TROUT RECIPE

BAKED TROUT RECIPE INGREDIENTS

  • Fresh trout (complete with heads), 1 per person
  • Chopped parsley
  • Finely chopped onions
  • Garlic
  • Black or green olives
  • Grated carrots
  • Salt & pepper
  • Butter
BAKED TROUT RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash trout thoroughly inside and out. Sprinkle inside cavity generously with salt, pepper and garlic. Stuff cavity with mixture of parsley, carrots and onions. Put a pat of butter inside cavity with mixture. Rub butter on outside of trout fish and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Wrap each fish individually with aluminum foil and place in baking dish. Cook in 350 degree oven until the eye of the trout fish turns white (approximately 20 to 30 minutes). Remove baked trout fish from foil; place on platter. Cover the eye with a slice of olive if you must and garnish plate with a sprig of parsley. The baked trout recipe is ready...enjoy the baked trout ! Nice ! Enjoy !
