Ingredients:
Mangoes Raw 4
Jeera ( Cumin Seeds ) 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 4 tablespoon
Kala Namal ( Black Salt) 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Red Chillli Powder 1.2 Teaspoon
Pudina ( Mint leaves) chopped
Water 3 Glass
Instructions:
1. Dry roast the Jeera Seeds in a pan ( without any oil) and keep aside.
2. Boil the whole mangoes in water until soft.
3. Once the mangoes have cooled down peel them.
4. Remove all the pulp in a pot.
5. Blend the pulp to a smoot paste,
6. Add all the spices.
7. Add water .
8. Blend again.
9. Taste it and add more water,sugar, salt or chilli powder as desired to adjust the taste.
10. Put it in a the fridge for sometime.
11. Serve chilled with some chopped mint on top.
