Spinach and Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
Fresh spinach (1bunch), baked pizza crust 91 about 12 inch), finely minced garlic (2cloves), grated mozzarella cheese (6ounces), crumbled fresh goat cheese (4ounces), freshly ground black pepper (1/4tsp), salt (1/4tsp), crushed red pepper (1/4tsp), olive oil (2tbsp).
Method of preparation:-
spinach-and-goat-cheese-pizzaFirst heat the oven to 425 degrees. Take a large frying pan, place it over medium high heat. Heat olive oil in it and then sauté red pepper and garlic in it for about 3 to 5 minutes. Take fresh spinach, rinse it, drain it and then chop it. Put the chopped spinach in the pan and sauté it until it gets wilted and the water gets absorbed. Then add salt and pepper in it. Take a baking pan of round shape; place the pizza crust on it. Place the spinach mixture on pizza crust and then dust the cheese on it. Place the pan in oven and bake it for about 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese gets melted and pizza crust gets crispy.
