Recipes Dream: Breakfast Sourdough Toast

I have two very hungry children this morning, who having spied the fresh loaf of bread are insisting on toast for breakfast, the fact that the two of them are requesting sourdough toast with 'propper butter' is music to my ears...perhaps I have two new tiny foodies in the making!
