Hello Indonesian foods lover, Are you hungry tonight, for posting today I'll try to make Fried Rice, a popular Indonesian food for dinner, at his own Indonesian fried rice quite a lot in interest, many restaurants and sidewalk vendors until pitch traders becomes proof of fried rice to dinner menu options, usually as sidewalk traders always selling this indonesian food in the afternoon until late at night.
ingredients :
4 cups (400 g) cold cooked rice or leftover rice
3 tablespoons oil

1 cup leftover cooked chicken, lamb or beef, cubed
2 cups (250 g) thinly sliced cabbage 1 teaspoon salt
accompaniments: 1 portion Fried Chicken ( ) ½ portion Satay (optional ), crispy fried onions
Cooking Directions :
1. Prepare Fried Chicken, Beef Satay, crispy fried onions, ketchup and pickles vegetable sauce mixed with the following recipe each
2. Flake cold rice with a fork or your fingers to separate grains. Set aside
3. Grease a non-stick frying pan with a little oil and fried eggs Sunny Side Up. Remove from heat and set aside
4. Heat the remaining oil in a work over medium heat and cook onion, garlic, chopped chillies and shrimp paste until fragrant, 1 to 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and chicken and cook until almost cooked, about 2 minutes, then add the cabbage and continue to cook for 2 minutes more until the meat and vegetables are tender.
