Learn, how to make spongy egg less home made muffins recipe
This is a recipe of egg less home made vanilla muffins.This can be served for break fast or for high tea. As it doesn't required icing it is good for health conscious people.

Preparation time - 10 minutes
Cooking time - 35 minutes
Ingredients to make Muffins:
Sugar | : | 200 gram |
Cake flour | : | 250 gram |
Butter | : | 250 gram |
Vanilla essence | : | ¼ tea spoon |
Dry fruits (choped and rosted) | : | 1 table spoon |
Tutti fruty | : | 1 table spoon |
Method to make Muffins:
- Mix sugar and butter in a big bowl, beat it for 5 minutes.
- Add cake flour in it and beat again for 3 - 4 minutes. Add vanilla essence and mix it properly.
- Now add chopped dry fruits and tutti fruity and mix gently.
- Pour the mixture in the greased muffins mold.
- Cook for 30 - 35 minutes at 160` in preheated oven.
- When done un mold and serve with tea.
