How to Make Aloo Paratha Recipe !

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2-3 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
  • Oil / ghee



How to make aloo paratha:
  • Mix water and flour and knead it to make a soft dough.
  • Let the dough for about half an hour.
  • Meanwhile, add salt, chili powder, chaat masala to the potatoes and mix well.
  • Now roll out small balls of dough.
  • Put some oil in the middle and then put some stuffing mix.
  • Draw the edges towards the center to cover the mixture.
  • Press the resulting dough gently and dust with flour. Area the size of the roti.
  • Place the paratha on a preheated griddle.
  • After a time the back of the paratha. Do it when golden brown spots appear on the first page.
  • Sprinkle a little oil, then turn left.
  • Sprinkle drops of oil on the other side too. Boil until it is finished.
  • Hot paratha is ready. Serve with chutney or tomato ketchup.
