I can blame my friend, Brigitt, for this new snacking addiction of mine.....Everybody's Nuts Salt and Pepper pistachios. I bought them at Costco, but if you don't have a membership you can find them online at Amazon. They are sooooooo good! Pistachios are a very healthy and yummy snack. It's one of the best nuts as far as nutritional value goes. So grab a bag...or two... or three......
