ingredients :
- 500 g Tempeh, cut into pieces
- 300 ml water
- 3 garlic , thinly sliced
- 8 cloves red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cm galangal, smashed
- 1 tablespoon tamarind (asem jawa) Water
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, shaved
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
How to Make Grilled Tempe:
1. Cook the water with spices until boiling.
2. Enter the tempeh and cook until the water runs out while occasionally stirring.
3. Tempe-flops with a small bamboo.
4. Bake the tempeh while coated with remaining ingredients until smell of burnt into the tempeh. Lift. Serve.
