steak tempeh recipe, how to serve tempeh in other country

  Ingredients :
  •   250 g tempeh, mashed
  •   60 g button mushrooms / straw, puree
  •   2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
  •   1 Tablespoon chopped green onion
  •   1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  •   1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  •   1 Tsp salt
  •   1 egg, beaten
  •   oil to faring
Layers:
  • 1 egg, beaten off
  • 60 g flour PANIR
  • 60 g flour
Complement :
  • 40 gr Fern fries
  • 50 gr carrots, diced, stir-fry
  • 50 gr broccoli, diced, stir-fry
Ingredients to make Tomato sauce :
  • 3 tomatoes, blend
  • 5 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 150 ml water or chicken broth
  • 40 gr button mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
Directions:

   
1. Blend mushrooms and eggs until smooth. Combine tempeh, cornstarch, scallions, pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Mix well.
   
2. Take 2 tablespoons of dough, thin round shape. Smear the dough surface with flour. Dip into beaten egg and finally rolled into the flour PANIR.
   
3. Heat some oil in a flat pan, fried tempeh steak while in the back and forth until cooked. lift.
   
4. Arrange steaks tempeh and vegetables on the plate complement. Sprinkle with tomato sauce. Serve warm.
   
5. Tomato Sauce: Heat the margarine, saute onion until fragrant. Add broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms, pepper and salt. Mix well. Pour the cornstarch solution and cook until boiling and thickened texture. Lift.
