Apricot Chops Recipe
Corelle Simple Lines Square 16-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 4
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp Olive Oil
• 4 bone-in Pork Chops
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1 cup Apricot Jam
• 1 cup Salad Dressing
• 1 oz dry Onion Soup Mix
• 1 clove Garlic (crushed)
How to make Apricot Chops:
•
Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the chops. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chops until browned for 3 minutes.
•
In a bowl take the salad dressing, apricot jam, onion soup mix and garlic and stir together to mix.
•
Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and place the chops in it. Pour the apricot mixture over the chops.
•
Bake the chops in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 40 minutes.
