Chana Masala Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cup chana
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • water as required
  • coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
  • 1 to 2 tsp oil
Chana MasalaMethod:

Soak chana overnight and boil it on a different it.keep.
Grind onion and tomatoes to a fine paste.
Fry for a few seconds with a tablespoon of oil soambu.
Now add the ground paste and fry until the raw smell goes off.
Salt, pepper and fry again.add poder add water, add a gravy.finally gram and boil for 2 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
