- 2 cups boiled noodles
- 2 tsp garlic (lehsun) , chopped
- 2 whole dry kashmiri red chillies , broken into pieces
- 3/4 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup capsicum , finely sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup spring onion greens , chopped
Oil in a wok or frying pan over a high flame heat. Add garlic and dried red chilli and stir fry for a few seconds on a high flame.
Cabbage, capsicum, and add the spring onion whites and stir fry for 2 minutes over a high flame.
Add noodles and salt, mix well and stir fry for 1 minute.
Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
