- 10 cubes - cheese (grated)
- 4 - small onions (finely chopped)
- 2 tbsp - coriander leaves (finely chopped)
- 20 - bread slices
- 8 - green chillies (finely chopped)
- pepper powder (as per taste)
- salt to taste
- oil for deep frying
In a bowl with the cheese, onion, green pepper, coriander, pepper and salt mixture.
Trim sides of bread.
Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin.
Before you start making cheese balls, apply a little water on each bread slice.
Bread Place heaped tablespoons of cheese mixture in the center.
Sides together and shape into a ball.
Repeat with remaining bread slices and cheese mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden.
Serve with tomato ketchup or sauce schezwan.
