- 1 medium - cauliflower
- 1 - egg
- 4 tbsp - maida
- 1 tbsp - cornflour
- 1 tsp - ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp - chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
- Salt
- 1 tsp each - ginger garlic, julienned
- 2 - onions
- 1 - capsicum
- 1 tsp - chiili sauce
- 2 tsp - soya sauce
- 1 or 2 tbsp - tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp - corn starch
Method:
Cauliflower with all ingredients for 1 hour to marinate.
Fry until golden brown.
For gravy:
Heat oil in Kadai, add ginger and garlic, saute.
Green peppers, onions, bell peppers and add.
Saute well, sauce, cornflour starch and add the fried Gobi.
A good toss and serve warm.
