How to Make Cheese Paneer Tortilla

Cheese Paneer Tortilla is a very healthy calcium rich recipe. Good for kid’s lunch box also. It contains vegetables also, so vitamin rich also.

Cooking time – 10 minutes
Serves – 2 persons

Ingredients to make Cheese Paneer Tortilla:

For stuffing:

1 cup mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated paneer
1 small tomato finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1 small onion finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon black pepper powder
½ tea spoon chilly flacks
½ tea spoon oregano

For tortilla:

½ cup self rising flour
½ cup whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
1 table spoon oil
¼ tea spoon chilly flacks
Butter or oil to shallow fry
Corn flour or self rising flour pest
For sealing

To serve with:

Tomato ketchup
         Or
Curd

  • For tortilla:

  • Mix all the ingredients of tortilla and make dough like rotti. Keep a side.

  • For stuffing:

  • Mix all the ingredients of stuffing very lightly.

  • For Cheese Paneer Tortilla:

  •  First of all make rotti from dough, don’t make it crispy.
  • Now spread stuffing over it and cover with another rotti. Seal with corn flour or self rising flour’s pest.
  • Shallow in butter or oil. Cut Cheese Paneer Tortilla and serve with tomato ketchup.
