- Bread slices - 12 nos
- Amul butter - 3 tbsp
- Onion - 1 no
- (small & chopped)
- Tomato - 1 no
- (small & chopped)
- Potato - 1 no
- (small, boiled & chopped)
- Green chillies - 1 - 2 nos
- (chopped finely)
- Boiled corn - 1 cup
- Grated cheese - 1/2 cup
- Salt - As reqd
- Pepper - As reqd
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tbsp
- White sauce - 1 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Amul butter - 1 tbsp
To make white sauce:
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Add flour and fry lightly.
Add milk and stir until it becomes like a sauce.
To prepare sandwich:
Chopped onions, tomatoes, potatoes, green chillies, boiled corn, half the cheese, mix with salt and pepper.
Lightly toast bread slices and butter one side are applied.
Spread white butter sauce on the vegetable mixture.
Put the remaining grated cheese on top.
Tomato and pepper sauce and bake at 350 degrees F or ten minutes, or until the cheese melts at 160 degrees C. Spray.
Serve hot.
