Tomato Kaju Curry Recipe

REQUIRED ITEMS:
  • Oil---as required
  • Jeera---1 spoon
  • Ginger-garlic paste---2 spoons
  • Onion pieces---1 cup
  • Tomato pieces---2 cups
  • Salt---as required
  • Red chillie powder---as required
  • Coriander powder---2 spoons
  • Kaju paste---2 spoons
  • Dry fruits paste---2 spoons
  • Water---as required
  • Sugar---1 spoon
  • Coriander leaves---2 spoons
Tomato Kaju CurryPROCEDURE:

Take a pan and heat for 2 seconds.
Add 4 tablespoons of oil.
Heat the oil for 2 seconds.
Add jeera, ginger - garlic paste.
Once the mixture and add the onion, the tomato.
Mix well and cook for 10 minutes by placing it on a plate.
Add salt and red chillie powder according to your taste.
Add coriander powder.
Mix well for 5 minutes.
Kaju dry fruit paste and add the paste.
Mix well and add the water.
Cook for 2 minutes.
Add sugar and coriander leaves on it.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
Mix in a bowl and take a time.
Now you are ready with tomato kaju curry.
