- Spinach (Palak) - 1 kg
- Gram flour (Bessan) - 250 gms
- Green chilies - 3
- Salt - To taste
- Mango Powder - ½ tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/3 tsp
- Coriander Powder - ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin Seed Powder - ½ tsp
- Oil - To deep fry
Wash and chop spinach. Drain water and keep aside.
Wash and cut green peppers in a bowl.
The gram flour, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, dried mango powder, cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
Add chopped spinach and mix well. If necessary add a little water and mix. Make a smooth paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Put small balls of batter into hot oil fry spinach.
Pakodas fry on medium flame till golden brown in color is.
After a while on them so that they can get golden brown, flip all the same.
Ready to eat your spinach pakodas.
Serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
