A family favorite which is so easy & uncooked can live in the freezer ready to bring out & pop in the oven when time is short and flavour requirement is high.

Spicy Sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 cup white vinegar
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
- Stir again just before serving over the meatballs and potatoes as ingredients will settle. (I also add some peppers & onions for extra crunch at this point, sometimes roasted, sometimes raw - you choose)
Add some small boiled potatoes & add Greek Yogurt to drizzle & a dash of hot sauce & serve with pitta, tortilla or my favorite way, as a hot salad topping with lots of green leaves.
