Jillian's Ripped in 30- a butt kicker!

I am finishing week 4 of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 workout. This is an awesome workout DVD for several reasons. First of all, each workout is under 30 minutes, making it easy to work into a busy schedule. Let's face it, we all are busy these days, carving out an hour or more for workouts is hard. Second, it challenges ALL workout levels. You can increase the weight and intensity for advanced exercisers and modify for beginners. I have been working out religiously for the last 8 years, done P90X, Insanity, TurboFire and many other workout DVDs and this video still kicks my butt! Last, it incorporates Jillian's 3-2-1 interval system, so you get strength, cardio and abs in each of the three circuits. I have also done Jillian's 30 Day Shred, Yoga Meltdown, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and this is, by far, my favorite of her workouts. I run daily with my dog, Brownie (a German Shorthair with endless energy). This workout makes it easy to get my weights in, too. These quick videos are effective and fun. Highly recommended!!
