Ingredients: for 2 persons
1 medium size carrot- slice 1 cm thick
2 pieces garlic-minced
2 pieces garlic-minced
10 pieces fish balls
4 cups mineral water
1/4 cube chicken stock
Salt and pepper
2 cups quick cook oats
Spring onion
Salt and pepperBoil 4 cups mineral water with garlic, chicken stock, carrots, fish balls, salt and pepper
When carrots almost softened, add in oats and spring onions.
Stir for 2 minutes and put off fire. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot
